They anticipated the new media landscape and continue to develop products to meet the needs of an ever evolving market.NVM is therefore delighted to have been given the opportunity to support management’s growth strategy.”
In September last year NVM also announced that its Northern 2 VCT is to launch a new share offering, with a view to raising £15m. The firm subsequently launched a tender offer in November, where the company offered to buy back ten per cent of its issued share capital.
