Intel Capital among $3m financers of IT blueprinting company Adaptivity

Intel Capital was among a trio of investors to pump another $3m into IT blueprinting software company Adaptivity.

Intersouth Partners and Noro-Moseley Partners also joined in the Series B financing round, which will be used to accelerate the company’s sales and marketing infrastructure.

The investors had previously invested $10m in October 2010 and $3m in July 2011.

Adaptivity provides solutions to analyse, design and optimize enterprise IT to allow clients to make intelligent decisions about the infrastructure they need.

Intel Capital was also among investors who took part in an $8m funding round of Belgian mass data storage experts Amplidata.
