Co-founder of FLAG Capital Partners and co-head of its venture capital programme Diana Frazier is retiring from the investment firm.
Frazier, pictured, will be replaced by Peter Denious, who has been in charge of the firm’s international activities, according to Fortune.
“I’ve been wanting for years not to feel guilty about taking a three-day weekend, but I do,” Frazier said in an interview with Fortune.
“It’s not my partners who make me feel that way, it’s me. I really love the venture industry, but I’d also like to be able to do some other things.”
In October last year AltAssets reported that FLAG had raised nearly $400m for two fund of funds vehicles.
Flag Private Equity V had secured $217.3m from 53 LPs, while FLAG Venture Partners VIII had received commitments of $177.3m from 84 investors.
