Private equity-backed UK clothing retailer Rowlands has gone back into administration.
The company, which was bought out of administration by New World Private Equity two years ago, has appointed KCBS and David Rubin & Partners as joint administrators.
Rowlands has also taken down its website.
New World led an investor consortium that acquired Rowlands out of pre-pack administration in February 2012, at which time the company had plans to introduce new products in hopes of a turnaround.
Last year TPG Capital-owned youth fashion chain Republic collapsed into administration.
