Legg Mason to acquire 75% stake in Australia’s RARE Infrastructure for reported $146m

construction digger infrastructure Legg Mason is to acquire a controlling 75 per cent stake in RARE Infrastructure Ltd, a Sydney, Australia-based manager of $7.6bn in global listed infrastructure assets, the Baltimore-based, NYSE-listed asset manager said on Tuesday.
