Secondaries specialist Landmark Partners has raised at least $296m towards its second infrastructure investment fund.
Fund II has secured capital commitments from at least nine limited partners so far, according to a filing submitted to the United States Securities and Exchange Commission.
The Connecticut-headquartered firm is targeting $1.5bn for Fund II, according to a report from Infrastructure Investor.
Mvision Private Equity Advisors USA, KB Investment and Securities, Wai Alternative Investments have been listed as placement agent on the filing.
It’s unclear when the firm might reach a final close for Landmark Infrastructure Partners II, however Landmark said in the filing it expects the fundraise to wrap up in the next 12 months.
Landmark has committed $707m through its funds since launching its infrastructure secondaries program in 2013, according to its website.
The investment house has formed 18 private equity funds with $18bn of capital commitments.
