White Wolf Capital has named former Centerbridge Partners and JP Morgan exec Richard Leggio as its newest managing director among a series of promotions and hires at the mid-market firm.
Leggio joined White Wolf as a vice president two years ago, following almost five years as an operations manager at private equity and hedge fund major Centerbridge.
White Wolf also promoted Andres Gutierrez as vice president, Alon Debbi to senior associate and revealed it was bringing in Blake Conner as a vice president from RBC Capital Markets next month.
White Wolf founder and CEO Elie Azar said, “I am very pleased to announce the promotions of Richard, Andres and Alon. Each played an integral part in the firm’s expansion and development and I congratulate them on their achievements.”
The firm makes both control buyout and mezzanine investments in North America-headquartered companies.
It targets businesses with revenues of up to $100m and EBITDA of up to $10m in industries including manufacturing, business services, information technology, security, aerospace and defense.
Recent deals from the firm include the recapitalisation of Temporary Housing Directory last November.
