Oaktree Capital Management veteran Kevin Clayton has stepped down from the firm after nearly 20 years.
Clayton is off to take the reins at Lehigh University in Pennsylvania as interim president according to the education provider’s website.
The former Lehigh graduate founded Oaktree’s marketing and client relations department in 1995 and managed the group until 2010.
He was most recently a principal dedicated to developing and maintaining key investor relationships.
Clayton previously spent several years at Chrysler Corp in positions in its US automotive sales and marketing division.
