US lower mid-market private equity firm Corridor Capital has named Tim Dietrich as director of finance, joining as a member of the operations team. He will be responsible for working directly with portfolio company management teams in a range of operational and financial functions, the firm said.
Prior to joining Corridor, Dietrich served as a manager within the M&A transaction services group at Deloitte & Touche. In this role, He focused on sell-side financial due diligence for small to mid-size manufacturing and professional services clients throughout the country, performing key financial and operational analyses to prepare clients for future exits. Before joining the mergers & acquisitions group, he spent five years in Deloitte’s audit practice split between the San Diego and Los Angeles offices.
Corridor’s operations team is led by Geoff Greulich, a 30-year operating veteran who joined Corridor from Oaktree Capital. The firm focuses on control investments in specialty manufacturing, business services, environmental services and other defensive sectors.
Last year the firm closed on $42m for its second lower mid-market fund.
