All three individuals will join managing partner Troy Templeton and partners Jamie Elias and Chip Vandenberg in leadership roles in Fund V, the firm said.
Wester, who has been promoted to partner from principal, joined Trivest in 2005 as a vice president.
He has served or currently serves on the board of directors of numerous portfolio companies including Endeavor Telecom, Onepath Systems, Box-Board Products and Group III International.
Wilson, who has also been promoted to partner from principal, joined Trivest in 2006 as a vice president.
He plays an active role with portfolio investments and serves on the board of directors of Ryko Solutions, Take 5 Oil Change, Ellery Homestyles and Twin-Star International.
Gershman, who has been promoted to partner and general counsel, joined Trivest in 2002 and leads the legal function for the firm including deal structuring and transactional services.
He has served or currently serves as director of several Trivest portfolio companies such as ATX Networks, Hazmasters and Herbal Magic.
