European private equity firm Triton Partners has added Graeme Ardus to its team as head of ESG.
The firm has not announced the move and Ardus does not appear on its site, but he has listed his new job on his LinkedIn profile.
Previously served as a director OHSE and sustainability at Amcor and director of EHS and Sustainability at Alcan Packaging.
In May this year Triton held a €3.3bn first and final close for the largest-ever private equity fund.
The firm was hoping to gather at least €2.5bn for Fund IV, Reuters reported in March last year. The new vehicle followed Triton’s €2.4bn fund closed three years earlier.
