Swedish private equity conglomerate Ratos has hired experienced senior executive Lars Johansson as an investment director.
The 54-year-old was most recently CFO of Swedavia, and previously held the roles of CFO/COO at TV4 and deputy CEO/COO and CFO at Orc Software.
He has also held positions in financial management at AssiDomän, SpectraPhysics and AGA, and is a board member of Proffice.
Ratos CEO Susanna Campbell said, “We are very pleased that we have succeeded in attracting Lars to Ratos.
“His broad and long experience of business development and corporate transactions make him a welcome addition to both the investment organisation at Ratos and to our holdings in their company development.”
