Peak Rock hires ex-Platinum executive Ryan Fitch as senior vice president

austinPrivate equity firm Peak Rock Capital has hired former Platinum Equity executive Ryan Fitch as a senior vice president.

Prior to joining Peak Rock, Fitch was part of the business development team at Platinum, where he was responsible for deal origination and managing relationships with corporate sellers, investment banks and other intermediaries.

In his new role, Fitch will lead Peak Rock’s business development team.

Peak Rock CEO Anthony DiSimone said, “We are delighted to welcome Ryan to the team and look forward to utilizing his industry experience as Peak Rock maintains and expands relationships with its partners in the investment banking and financial advisory communities.”

Last September Peak Rock closed its inaugural fund on its $700m hard cap, far ahead of its $400m target.

Peak Rock makes equity investment of $20m and $100m in businesses with revenues of over $50m and enterprise values of $25m to $500m which face strategic, operational or financial challenges.
