Private equity firm Oak Hill Capital Partners has hired Michael Schrock as a senior advisor and operating consultant.
Schrock, who previously served as president and COO of water, fluid, thermal management and equipment protection specialist Pentair, will consult across Oak Hill Capital’s private equity portfolio and advise the funds on investments in targeted industrial sectors.
Oak Hill said that Schrock has deep management and operating experience both domestically and internationally and a strong track record leading strategic acquisitions.
Oak Hill managing partner Tyler Wolfram said, “(Schrock’s) extensive strategic and operational experience at growing industrial companies will be immediately additive to the management teams of our portfolio companies. We look forward to leveraging his operating expertise and industry relationships as we continue to create value across our portfolio.”
Last month it was reported that Oak Hill was looking to sell logistics business Jacobson Companies for up to $700m.
