US-based private equity group Linden Capital Partners has hired Eran Broshy as an operating partner to focus on investments in the pharmaceutical services sector.
Broshy, pictured, has joined the firm from Providence Equity Partners, where he worked as a senior advisor.
He has also served as chief executive officer and chairman of inVentiv Health, whose revenues soared to $1.1bn from $215m during his six year tenure ending in 2008, and as a partner at The Boston Consulting Group.
Linden managing partner Tony Davis said, “Linden is thrilled to add Eran to our team of operating executives and continue to expand the resources and support for our portfolio companies.
“Eran’s mix of strategic and operating talent, depth of experience across a variety of healthcare services sectors, and insights from his numerous board roles make him a valuable resource for our investment team and our portfolio companies.”
Linden is focused exclusively on leveraged buyouts in the healthcare and life science industries.
Some of its recent deals included the acquisition of US dental equipment maker Young Innovations, in a take-private deal worth $314m.
