“Strategically, the south of the UK is an important region for LDC. The area boasts a plethora of high quality businesses, and a vibrant regional corporate finance community.”

LDC South managing director Yann Souillard added, “Alastair’s previous experience in private equity alongside his strong investment background will be an ideal complement to the existing skills within the LDC South team.”
