JF Lehman & Company adds maritime law expert Thomas Dyer to operating executive board

boardroom2_lrgMid-market firm JF Lehman & Company has added international maritime law and regulation expert Thomas Dyer to its operating executive board (OEB).

Dyer’s regulatory experience includes issues arising under environmental laws, government contract proceedings and customs and foreign-trade regulations, said the firm.

Dyer previously served as co-chairman of international law firm Blank Rome, where he worked until his retirement last year.
Prior to that he founded the law firm of Dyer Ellis & Joseph, which merged with Blank Rome in 2003.

OEB comprises of seasoned industry and government executives who have significant experience in the firm’s target sectors including the defence, aerospace and maritime industries.

The firm closed its most recent fund on $575.5m in September 2011.
