JC Flowers hires ex-CD&R managing director Eric Rahe


new york 5_sqPrivate equity JC Flowers & Co has hired ex-Clayton Dubilier & Rice (CD&R) managing director Eric Rahe as its managing director in New York.

At CD&R, Rahe led the firm’s financial services practice.

He has also served as senior investment professional at hedge fund SAB Capital and as a partner at private equity firm Capital Z Partners.

JC Flowers CEO Christopher Flowers said, “Eric’s experience makes him an excellent fit for our sector-focused investment strategy.

“He brings considerable depth in both balance sheet and services‐oriented sectors of the industry as well as an exceptional track record of identifying great companies and management teams and helping companies capture growth opportunities.”

In February JC Flowers hired Deborah Park as head of investor relations.
