Grafine Partners brings in ex-Pine Brook IR head Grace Kim as managing director

Investment manager Grafine Partners has brought in veteran Pine Brook head of investor relations Grace Kim to bolster its business development team as managing director.

Kim has more than 20 years of experience in private equity and LP-GP relations, and was previously a principal on the fundraising and IR team at Arsenal Capital Management, and also worked for Providence Equity Partners, Forbes Private Capital Group and Guggenheim Partners.

Grafine founder Elizabeth Weymouth said, “We’re excited for Grace to be joining our firm. She brings a deep understanding of the private capital world through her work at creative, business building-focused firms throughout her career.

“We welcome her insights as we continue to grow and expand, further institutionalizing Grafine’s offering and enhancing the client experience of our sophisticated investors.”

Grafine, founded by Weymouth in 2019, aims to act as a principal investor to build profitable and scalable businesses alongside talented industry investment managers and operating partners.
