European growth capital firm LitCapital adds former CEO of Ernst & Young Denmark


European growth capital firm LitCapital has added former CEO of Ernst & Young Denmark Per Møller to its supervisory board.

Per Møller is currently working as a private investor as a minority stakeholder in start-ups and early phase entrepreneurial ventures.

Møller was CEO Ernst & Young Denmark from 2009 to 2012. From 2002, he served as managing partner of Ernst & Young Baltic States and held various regional positions within Ernst & Young.

Per Møller started his career with Arthur Andersen in Denmark in 1988 and moved to Vilnius in 1992. In 1999 he became the managing partner of Arthur Andersen in the Baltics.

LitCapital was established in cooperation with European Investment Fund in 2010 under JEREMIE initiative. The fund has €25m under management and is focused on investing in small – medium size enterprises in Lithuania.

Earlier this year the firm invested €3m in Lithuanian optics and laser company Altechna.
