Dorman and Venkatachalam were included in a regulatory filing as executive officers of the Centerview Capital Technology Fund, Fortune reported.
The filing shows that the fund, which has no minimum investment requirement, has yet to register its first commitment.
Centerview’s private equity arm Centerview Capital, which currently has $500m of commited capital, invests $50m to $150m in businesses with an EBITDA of over $20m.
The firm has made minority and majority investments in companies with EBITDA between $25m to $1.4bn.
It is focused on the food & beverage, household and consumer products, personal care, health and wellness, and consumer services sectors.
