US-based investment firm Corre Partners is looking to raise its second private equity fund.
The US Securities and Exchange Commission filing for Corre Horizon II Fund does not indicate a target for the vehicle.
No capital has been registered for the fund, so far.
There is a minimum contribution of $100,000 from outside investors.
Three placement agents have been listed for the fundraise: Inte Securities, Blue Sand Securities and Eaton Partners.
It is not clear what the investment strategy for this fund will be.
Corre’s website states its focuses on underfollowed middle-market companies going through fundamental changes, either positive or negative.
Its investments categories include equities, credit and trade claims, with cash recovery investments used to offset higher beta long investments.
