Fund of funds manager Pathway Capital Management is seeking $300m for its Pathway Private Equity Fund Investors 7 fund, having already raised $172.7m through commitments from six LPs, according to a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
The fund is a follow-up to the sixth fund of the series which raised $190.6m, according to a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
The firm, which has in excess of $25bn of assets under management, was founded in 1991 and operates through its offices in California, Rhode Island, London and Hong Kong. Previous contributions reportedly include buyout funds managed by Alchemy Partners, BC Partners, Brockway Moran & Partners, Code Hennessy & Simmons, The Jordan Company, and Kelso & Co.
