Boston-based investment firm Park Street Capital has launched a new private equity fund of funds vehicle with a $150m target.
Park Street Capital Private Equity Fund XI has received commitments of $27m from 21 LPs, according to a document filed with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
The fund registered its first commitments earlier this month, the filing showed.
Park Street is raising the fund without a placement agent and has not set a minimum commitment requirement for outside investors.
The firm currently has $3.2bn of capital commitments under managements in several fund of funds vehicles.
Other fund of funds vehicles currently in the market include Fort Washington’s Private Equity Investors VIII fund, which has recently raised its target to $250m from $200m.
