Atlanta-based venture capital firm Noro-Moseley Partners has raised more than $45m for its latest fund.
Noro-Moseley Partners VII has gathered nearly $47m from LPs, according to a document filed with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
The fund, which has set a minimum commitment requirement of $100,00 for outside investors, does not have a placement agent, the filing showed.
The first commitment was secured on August 30 this year.
Noro-Moseley is focused on early and early-growth-stage companies in the information technology and healthcare sectors based from Texas to Virginia.
The firm makes initial investments of between $2m and $8m.
Its portfolio companies include enterprise cloud specialist Virtustream, which recently raised a $40m Series D round.
