Warburg Pincus backs facility management services company Dude Solutions


computer code softwarePrivate equity major Warburg Pincus has backed cloud-based facility management services provider Dude Solutions with a $100m investment.

Dude provides facilities management services to school districts, community colleges, universities, governments, community organizations, healthcare and other commercial industries.

Since its launch in 1999, Dude has provided its software for facilities and IT management to more than 8,000 clients.

Warburg Pincus managing director Alex Berzofsky said, “Dude Solutions has an impressive history of helping its clients save money, increase efficiency and improve services with their facility management solutions across a number of industries.

“We are excited to work with the team as they continue to expand the SchoolDude and FacilityDude brands through organic growth and strategic acquisitions.”

Last month Warburg got a return of three times from the sale of specialty pharmaceutical company JHP Group.
