VC-backed cloud software company Five9 targets IPO


Venture capital-backed cloud software company Five9 has filed for an IPO.

The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the offering have not been determined, the company said.

J.P. Morgan Securities and Barclays Capital will be lead joint book-running managers for the offering, with BofA Merrill Lynch also acting as book-running manager. Pacific Crest Securities, Canaccord Genuity and Needham & Company will act as co-managers.

Venture capital backers include Mosaic Venture Partners, Hummer Winblad Venture Partners, Partech Ventures, Adams Street Partners and SAP Ventures.
