TZP partner Dan Gaspar said, at “Kindred Bravely is an incredible brand with a loyal and growing customer base. We are excited to partner with the Akersons and the Kindred Bravely team as the Company continues its rapid growth trajectory.”
The TZP Small Cap Partners II is a fund targeting $250m and has registered nearly $100m by February 2020, according to a SEC filing.
Last year, TZP Group acquired Awareness Technologies, a provider of business security, monitoring, productivity and analytics software.
