valence surfaceUS private equity firm Trive Capital has backed its portfolio company Valence Surface Technologies for three bolt-on acquisitions.

The metal processing and finishing specialist has acquired Pride Plating, Dynamic Paint Solutions and Coastline Metal Finishing.
