DISA provides workplace safety and compliance services for various industries with a focus on the energy sector.
The company currently has more than 11,000 client businesses around the world.
RS, which is based in Aberdeen close to the oil and natural gas fields of the North Sea, provides occupational health services via three clinics in the UK.
Riverside managing partner Loren Schlachet said, “The addition of RSOH marks the third add-on acquisition DISA has completed under Riverside’s ownership.

Riverside has just closed its latest Asia-Pacific-focused fund on $230m, smashing its initial target of $150m.
