Palo Alto-based big data startup RelateIQ has raised $20m in Series B financing from its venture and angel backers to bring its fundraising total to $29m.
The comapny is backed by Accel Partners, Formation 8, Battery Ventures, AMC Cloud Ventures, Thrive Capital and Allen & Co and “a number of well known angel investors.”
The company’s technology automatically syncs emails, phone calls, calendars, and other professional interactions to capture information from across a team without requiring manual data entry.
RelateIQ CEO and co-¬founder Steve Loughlin said, “It’s no longer enough just to manage relationships using static databases.
“Our mission is to help people work smarter, eliminating mundane daily management tasks so they can return their focus to their most important business assets: living, breathing, real-life relationships.”
