This is nearly double the size of the company’s $12m Series B, which was raised a year ago, and brings its fundraising total to $40.5m.
Swipely’s platform is currently used by more than 10m customers and the company’s sales exceed $2bn.
The company’s technology allows restaurants and retailers to manage customer relationships, measure staff performance, optimize menu selections and monitor online reviews.
