The investment was made alongside the company’s management team. Alpha’s powdered metal components and assemblies are used in the automotive, small engine, recreational vehicle, lawn & garden, commercial vehicle, and agricultural equipment industries. It employs 265 people and supplies products globally from manufacturing locations in Ridgway, Pennsylvania and Yizheng, China.

O2 Investment Partners targets small and mid-market manufacturing, niche distribution, and select service and technology businesses, while Cyprium makes non-control investments in the US mid-market.
