InterWest Partners, VMware and Accenture also took part in the round, which brought Crittercism’s total funding to more than $48m.
The company’s existing investors include Google Ventures, Opus Capital and Shasta Ventures.
Scale partner Andy Vitus will join Crittercism’s board of directors following the deal.
