Marker leads $9m round for Israel’s Idomoo

israel_flag2_170sqNew York investment firm Marker has led a $9m round for Israeli video platform Idomoo, which plans to expand its operations in North America, South America and Europe.

The company said its technology enables companies to generate massive numbers of personalised videos quickly and efficiently to individual customers based on their personal details. Its clients include TIM Cellular in Brazil, Portugal Telecom and Generali.

Marker’s portfolio manager Ohad Finkelstein said, “We chose Idomoo because of its superior technology which delivers high quality video with accessible and flexible template creation.

“They are leading the revolution in customer communication, leveraging big data to allow the CEO to address individuals directly with every customer touchpoint.

“The robustness of Idomoo’s technology and the openness of their platform have put the company high up on the wish list of CEOs and CMOs throughout the world.”
