Levine Leichtman Capital Partners sells healthcare referral platform Zorgdomein to Rabobank

Levine Leichtman Capital Partners has sold healthcare referral platform ZorgDomein to Rabobank after four years in its portfolio.

ZorgDomein provides SaaS-based solutions to the Dutch healthcare sector, connecting providers to patients through digital referrals, diagnostic requests and consultations.

LLCP managing director Wouter Snoeijers said, “We believe that LLCP’s investment in ZorgDomein has been highly value additive for all stakeholders.

“We supported the company’s growth in new product areas through substantial investment in data analytics, consumer facing propositions such as the ‘Digital Patient Journey’, and enhanced referral solutions.”

PwC served as financial advisor and NautaDutilh served as legal counsel in connection with the transaction.

LLCP underlined its commitment to European expansion last October by hauling in €463m for its second fund dedicated to the region.

Levine Leichtman Capital Partners Europe II marks a huge jump in size from the firm’s debut European investment vehicle, which it closed on €100m six years ago.

The firm has been investing in European businesses since the launch of its London office in 2011, and opened branches in The Hague in 2015 and Stockholm last year.
