The company could be valued at around £40m, according to the Telegraph.
Shares in Anite surged more than eight per cent on the London Stock Exchange on the back of the report this morning.
Anite today said that it was considering selling its travel business, but did not give any further details.
The unit accounted for 15 per cent of Anite’s total revenues of £132.5m in 2013.
LDC’s recent deals include an investment in the management buyout of Connect Communications and an investment in Prism UK Medical.
