Senior debt facilities for the transaction were provided by Lloyds.
The company operates a single online brand, focusing on short-haul packaged beach holidays. Online bookings now account for around 45 per cent of the total packaged beach holiday market in the UK, and this segment is set to grow at around ten per cent per annum over the coming years.

Last month Inflexion hired former 3i managing partner David Whileman, signalling an increased focus on investing in minority situations in UK private equity, the firm said.
