Private equity-backed healthcare company Cambian Group is reportedly planning to float on the London Stock Exchange.
The company’s private equity owner GI Capital has hired bankers to examine a listing of the business before the summer, said the FT, citing people familiar with its plans.
JP Morgan and Numis Securities will act as joint bookrunners for the IPO, according to the report.
