The firm put up $10m towards the Series C financing round, with fellow investors including CommonAngels, Hearst Ventures and Windcrest Partners also taking part.
The company’s software aims to provide cross-channel campaigns, content and commerce to help businesses and brands engage and covert social and mobile users into customers.
Edison partner Ryan Ziegler has joined the board following the investment.
