China’s Dayima raises $30m in Ceyuan-led Series C

beijingBeijing-based menstruation cycle-tracking technology company Dayima.com has raised $30m in a Series C led by Ceyuan Ventures.

Existing investors Sequoia Capital and Bertelsmann Asia also participated in the round.

Bertelsmann co-led the company’s $5m Series A round in April 2013 alongside Zhen Fund. The two firms and Sequoia participated in Dayima’s $10m Series B in September that year.

Other companies backed by Ceyuan include online fashion retailer Farfetch, which raised a $66m Series D round led by Vitruvian last month.

Farfetch currently has annual sales of $275m and year-on-year growth of 100 per cent.
