Capman exits 15-year investment in Finnish cushion, home textile maker Finlayson

FinlaysonNordic private equity firm Capman has agreed to sell Finnish cushion and home textile maker Finlayson & Co after 15 years in its portfolio.

Finlayson had net sales of €44.8m last year and employs more than 250 people across Finland, Russia and the Baltic countries.

“Finlayson’s strong brand will be strengthened further and Familon will continue its development as part of a bigger international company.”
