Brockhaus Private Equity exits ATT Advanced Temperature Test Systems


German technology investor Brockhaus Private Equity has sold semiconductor technology manufacturer ATT Advanced Temperature Test Systems to Nasdaq-listed Cascade Microtech for €8.4m.

The shares will be acquired from ATT Holding, recently renamed to CM Beteiligungs, a portfolio company of Brockhaus Private Equity II.

The purchase price includes approximately 1.6 million shares of Cascade Microtech common stock, and deferred payments of approximately €800,000.

Brockhaus Private Equity acquired ATT in 2007. The company manufactures advanced thermal systems used in the testing of semiconductor wafers.

Brockhaus Private Equity manages around €180m on behalf of institutional and private investors, focusing on buy-out (MBI/MBO) and growth financing deals.

Cascade Microtech focuses on precision contact, electrical measurement and test of integrated circuits (ICs), optical devices and other small structures.
