Audax Private Equity in talks to buy AP Exhaust Technologies stake

AP exhaustAudax Group’s private equity arm has reportedly been in talks to acquire a stake in AP Exhaust Technologies.

The aftermarket exhaust provider could be valued at more than $100m, said Angle Advisors managing director Cliff Roesler, according to Dow Jones.

Audax invests in companies with an enterprise value of between $50m and $250m and an EBITDA of $5 to $30m.

It is focused on the business and consumer services, energy, healthcare, telecommunications and industrial sectors.

In May last year Audax bought institutional review board services provider Chesapeake Research Review.
