CCC’s management will reinvest in the company as part of the deal, Ardian said in a statement.
The Paris-based firm acquired a majority interest in CCC in 2009 and has helped the company to establish its presence in France and more than double its headcount to 4,500.
CCC plans to generate revenues of over €100m next year.
Managing director of SME capital at Ardian Dirk Wittneben said, “CCC is an outstanding company with a very committed and competent team.
“We are proud to have contributed to the success of CCC; together with the excellent management of the company, we have created a unique platform for further growth.”
Last week Ardian teamed up with AENA to acquire London Luton Airport for almost £400m in the firm’s biggest deal since rebranding from AXA Private Equity earlier in 2013.
