Private equity firm Apollo Global Management has priced collateralized loan obligations (CLO) totalling more than $2bn.
Apollo said that it has prices ALM XIV, a $1.5bn CLO, and the €382m ALME Loan Funding II Limited European CLO.
Both CLOs will invest in corporate leveraged loans, said Apollo, which also noted that ALM XIV is the largest broadly syndicated CLO issued in the US in the past seven years.
Apollo currently has 23 CLOs totalling around $13bn.
Since 2010 the firm has priced 13 US and European CLOs, raising $8.4bn in total.
Last November Apollo bought healthcare-focused mid-market lender MidCap Financial.
