SK FireSafety CEO Ewald Draaijer said the funds will help the company expand its activities selling, designing and installing fire protection and detection systems and double the company’s annual turnover from €100m last year to €250m.
The company is based in the Netherlands and operates in Belgium, the United Kingdom, Norway and the United Arab Emirates.
Last year, Apax sold automotive sensing systems developer International Electronics & Engineering (IEE) to a consortium that included Chinese strategic investors and an international financial investor.
Companies in its current portfolio include Albioma, Altran, Capio and Europe Snacks.
