Adveq, HPE Growth Capital back Airborne Oil & Gas

oil well drillAdveq and HPE Growth Capital have invested in Dutch spoolable pipeline maker Airborne Oil & Gas, which serves offshore oil and gas and service companies.

Airborne said that it is the world’s first manufacturer of fully bonded thermoplastic composite pipes.

Adveq managing director Tim Creed said, “We are delighted to be able to work with Adveq in this exciting opportunity. Adveq’s investment will help Airborne Oil & Gas to grow substantially and expand into new areas using pioneering composite pipe technology.”

In February this year Adveq bought 18,000 hectares of almond orchards in Australia for A$211m through its real assets arm.

Municipal Employees’ Retirement System of Michigan and Danica Pension were the fund of funds’ co-investment partners
