Accel, Tiger Global keep capital coming for Indian real estate search engine CommonFloor

CommonFloorAccel India and Tiger Global have invested another $10.4m in Indian real estate search engine CommonFloor through a Series D financing round.

The company said the capital would be used to expand its property listings service into products include home decoration.

Accel has been an investor in CommonFloor since 2009, and teamed with Tiger to make a follow-up investment in the company in October 2012.

Both firms provided $7.5m of Series C funding to the business last summer.

CommonFloor said at the time of the last cash injection it was targeting $25 of turnover within two years on the back of 100 per cent revenue increases every quarter.
