CapMan, a listed private equity firm headquartered in Helsinki, has agreed to sell its majority stake in Turo Tailor, the Nordic region’s largest producer of men's suits, to the company’s management.
Nordic private equity firm Eqvitec Partners has spun out its mezzanine operations as it moves to realign its focus on equity-based growth investments. The previous management will now operate under the banner Armada Mezzanine Capital.
Nordic Mezzanine has closed Nordic Mezzanine Fund III on €320m, making the fund more than 30 per cent bigger than its predecessor.
